Delivery:

Deliveries in Spain: 2-7 working days

International deliveries: 3-10 working days

Once the order has been placed and depending on the destination, UPS or SEUR will automatically inform you of the cost.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been sent yet. To cancel an order, please send an email to info@talhora.com

Changing and returning products:

We hope you will love your purchase as much as we do but in case you are unhappy and want to return an item, we are happy to exchange unworn and unused products.
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your purchase. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. You are responsible for any return shipping cost. Please return items to Victoria de Talhora, C/ San Miguel 39, 03590 Altea (Alicante), Spain.

Unfortunately we are unable to do exchanges of purchased items. If you would like to change an item
you will have to return the item and then purchase a new one. You are responsible for the return cost of
the item you want to change but we will send you a gift card to pay for your delivery of your new
purchased item.
